Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on the following items: 

  • Ammunition
  • Ammunition components
    • Powder 
    • Bullets 
    • Primers 
    • Cases
  • Electronics that have been opened in any way. 
  • Any clothing that the tags have been removed

All sales of these items are considered final. 

 

No Restocking Fees

  • If you get your order and it's not correct, we will make it right. No bull shit, no hassle, we believe in honesty and doing the right thing and that is what we will do. 
  • If you get your order and just don’t like it or you ordered the wrong item, you can return any new and unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost to your original payment method. 

Starting Your Return:

  1. Login to your Forged Armory account (My Account) and go to your orders section in the left hand menu.
  2. Find the order that the item was on and click on the "Return item(s)" button.
  3. Next select the item(s) you want to return by selecting a quantity to the right of each product.
  4. Select a reason for your return and select a return action. Please include any relevant notes in the provided area.
  5. Click the "Submit Return Request" button to complete the request. Our team will review the request and send an RA# your way.
  6. Go ahead and place a new order online for the replacement item to ensure you get what you want before it sells out. 

Refund Policy 

  • For returns on eligible products, the products must be in new, unused condition with all packaging and tags included. If the item shows signs of use, wear, or installation then it is no longer eligible to be returned. 
  • All returns or exchanges must be arranged within 30 days from the date the item is delivered to you. 
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost back to our Davison Michigan location. We recommend that you use a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
  • An RA# must be issued before you return the item to us. To request an RA# log into your account and go to the order that item was ordered and fill out the RA forum. 
  • Once you have been issued an RA# you have 10 days to ship the item back to Forged armory. 
  • Please write the RA# on the outside of the box. 
  • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if the item is not in the same condition it was sent to you. 
  • Once the item has been returned and we have inspected the item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order and an email confirming the refund will be sent to the email address on the account, this process is usually completed the day we receive the item. 
  • Please understand that most refunds will take 24-48 hours to show on your credit card account but depending on your credit card company it may take longer. 
  • Any Forged Funds that were earned on the returned item will be deducted from your account. If they have already been claimed then the Forged Funds that were earned on the item will be deducted from the refund amount. 


Defects

  • Sometimes products can have a defect, we have never seen any brand have a 100% accuracy making their products. Every manufacturer we sell has their own warranty policy, we ask that if you have a product with a manufacturing issue to contact them first to resolve the issue. Forged Armory will assist customers with their warranty if needed but we can not provide any direct replacement for the manufacturer.
